Policies
I know things happen and life throws obstacles at us that we can't anticipate. I am very understanding to this. However, my time is a valuable element in my career and to all of my clients. Being mindful of my time and schedule, I have implemented a few policies to keep things running smoothly.
Late & No-Show Policy
Clients are given a grace period for their appointments. In the case that you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may have to adjust the scheduled services for that day or reschedule. Time is a crucial element in hairstyling, so although 15 minutes may not seem like a long time, it has a huge impact on my ability to provide the best possible service. In addition, if you are a no-show to an appointment, I am most likely unable to fill that spot. With this being said, no-show clients may be subject to pay a fee of $25.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
As a courtesy, please remember to let me know as soon as you are made aware you won’t be able to make it to your scheduled appointment. I’d be happy to re-book it for you. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Any missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to pay a fee of $25.
Refunds & Re-Dos
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your hair and the services you have received, I will provide a complimentary correction of the service you are unhappy with as long as it is within 7 days of the originally scheduled appointment. I of course want you to be happy and love your hair which is why I would appreciate the opportunity to correct any services that you are not pleased with.
